Project background

Location: Johor, Malaysia (near Singapore industrial zone)

Investor: Local environmental energy company and Chinese pyrolysis equipment supplier

Goal: Convert waste tires into high value-added products (fuel, carbon black, steel wire) to alleviate the problem of waste tire accumulation in Malaysia (about 15 million tires per year).

Core equipment parameters

Model: BN-PR-10  pyrolysis furnace

Processing capacity:

Raw materials: waste tires (mixed passenger car tires + truck tires)

Feed volume: 10 tons/day

Output rate (based on tire composition):

Pyrolysis oil: 40% (4 tons/day, calorific value ≥42MJ/kg, used for industrial boilers)

Carbon black: 30% (3 tons/day, N550 grade, used as rubber product additives)

Steel wire: 15% (1.5 tons/day, recycled to local steel mills)

Combustible gas: 10% (circulating pyrolysis furnace self-heating, energy saving 30%)
